The world of leadership is complicated and ever evolving. Leaders are feeling more isolated and in need of support. Many tech leaders including Steve Jobs and Jeff Bezos credit their executive coaches for helping them achieve their success as a leader. I believe in these rich and ever-changing times, we all can benefit from having a partner who can help us navigate the hurdles, and celebrate the successes. Curiosity around who you are, where you want to be and how to get there can be questions that unlock unlimited potential, and sometimes we need help to do that.  

Over the years, I’ve coached courageous and brilliant individuals, helping them realize their fullest potential in order to create new possibilities for themselves and others.

I offer executive coaching and leadership development for judges, attorneys and business leaders. I also coach leaders who are in transition or deciding what to do in the third chapter of their life.

Sandra is an attorney, former sitting judge and C-suite leader of a large organization who now specializes in executive leadership coaching and other services.

She found her passion for coaching once she realized that her own legal profession could benefit from coaching partnerships to develop leadership skills and overcoming career obstacles. She also has a background in wellness in the workplace and lectures and works with teams to include the wellness perspective in their jobs through lecture, workshops and one on one relationships.
